Your booking
Check the event date, start time and ticket types before paying. Your places are confirmed after Square confirms payment. View your booking in your household account and show your H number or member QR card when you arrive.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Call 01443 264 328 with your booking reference as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. Staff will confirm the available options and process any refund through Square. Contact the Hub before booking if you need the cancellation terms explained. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a payment is uncertain
Do not pay again. Open your member area and refresh the payment status, or contact the Hub with your reference so staff can check Square.
Pantry and delivery
Online pantry ordering and delivery are not available yet. For pantry enquiries, contact the Hub.
