Your information

Household account privacy

What we keep

Sirhowy Valley Hub CIC keeps your household contact name, verified sign-in email, H number and any phone number, postcode or household size you provide. We also keep website orders, session reservations, staff attendance and pantry collection records.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage membership, plan session places and meals, process orders, record attendance and apply the one-pantry-bag-per-household-per-week rule.

Who can access it

Your account is visible to you and authorised Hub staff. Signing in uses ChatGPT identity. Card details are entered in Square’s secure form; the website does not store your card number or CVV. When you place an order, your contact name, email and H number are shared with Square to manage the customer reference, payment and event booking. Your website H number remains the same.

Reports and invoices

Only staff check-in creates attendance records. Reservations alone do not generate attendance-based invoices. The Google Sheets connection is not active yet; authorised staff can download attendance reports.

Your choices

You can update optional contact information from your member area. For access requests, corrections, account removal or questions about how long records need to be kept, call 01443 264 328. The Hub may need to retain relevant transaction records after an account closes.

Customers can book published events and reserve warm-space places online. Pantry ordering and delivery are not open online. Card payments are processed by Square.
